Liberation U is a decolonial learning community for therapists, healers, educators, creatives, and practitioners who understand that personal transformation and collective liberation are not separate projects. They are the same project, pursued from different angles, and they require both rigorous intellectual frameworks and the kind of community that can hold you through the work.
This is not a content library. It is a living, relational space built around the conviction that how we learn matters as much as what we learn. Liberation U exists at the intersection of relationships, community, healing, and education because those four things cannot meaningfully be separated. Your relationships are the site of your liberation. Your healing is political. Your education should feel like waking up.
What Lives Here
Liberation U currently houses a growing body of work across four domains.
Relationships and Relational PhilosophyThe Liberated Love Lab is an 8-module decolonial relationship anarchy curriculum that moves practitioners and community members through the unlearning of colonial relational scripts and toward a practice of intentional, liberated connection. This work draws on bell hooks, adrienne maree brown, and relationship anarchy philosophy as a lived framework rather than an academic category.
Clinical Education and Practitioner DevelopmentThe Liberator is a 12-week practitioner consultation group for therapists and clinicians ready to interrogate the foundations of existential therapy and build a clinical practice grounded in decolonial, somatic, and Black feminist frameworks. It is rigorous, small, and built for practitioners who have outgrown what their training offered them.
Healing and Embodied PracticeLiberation U is home to somatic and embodied healing offerings, including a Men of Color Yoga Training that centers the specific embodied experience of men of color within a framework of collective healing and liberation. More healing-centered offerings are in development.
Community and Ongoing LearningBeyond the structured programs, Liberation U is a space for ongoing dialogue, live events, workshops, and intimate conversation across a community of therapists, activists, educators, healers, and freedom workers who are doing this alongside you.
Who Belongs Here
Liberation U is for people who are done with learning spaces that water things down. It is for therapists who want their politics and their practice in the same room. It is for healers who understand that their own liberation is not separate from the liberation of their clients. It is for educators, creatives, and community workers who need both intellectual depth and genuine human connection to sustain the long work.
Liberation U is not a solo journey with a content subscription attached. It is a community of people who understand that liberation is relational, that it is built in the spaces between us, and that the quality of those spaces determines everything.
